Jones, who will join Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers in the summer of 2019 after signing a pre-contract agreement with the Gers in the January transfer window, was in action for Kilmarnock against Hearts at Rugby Park in the Scottish Premiership on Friday evening.
The 24-year-old winger started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the home team lost 2-1.
The Northern Ireland international scored for Killie in first-half injury time from the penalty spot.
The winger tried his best, but the former Middlesbrough prospect did not have a good game overall and could have created more.
According to Transfermarkt.com, Jones has made 22 appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Rangers so far this season, scoring four goals and providing four assists in the process.
