Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers brought a point back to Ibrox from Thursday night’s trip away.

A number of Glasgow Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the Ibrox club’s 1-1 draw with Porto and Glen Kamara was one of the few players who came under some scrutiny for his display.
The Finland midfielder endured a somewhat ropey start but gradually settled into the game and put in a dogged display as he stopped numerous Porto attacks, although he did get lucky a few times taking a few chances in defensive areas when he didn’t need to.
Here is some of what said on social media about Kamara during and after Rangers’ game in Portugal:
Rangers fell behind early to a superb strike from Luis Diaz, who capitalised on a mistake from Ryan Jack to rifle past Allan McGregor from long range, but Alfredo Morelos equalised when he got on the end of a stunning Borna Barisic cross and smash the ball high into the Porto net.
Kamara has done well at Rangers overall since his move from Dundee to Ibrox in January for £50,000 (Transfermarkt), making 16 appearances in all competitions for the Light Blues last season and earning plaudits from fans for his impressive performances, while this term he has 16 appearances in all competitions.
