Rangers have Fashion Sakala arriving this summer – and fans are pretty excited about him.
The Gers struck a pre-contract agreement to sign Sakala on a free transfer from Oostende earlier this month after months of speculation.
Sakala has been outstanding this season, and showed his quality for Oostende once again last night.
Oostende hosted Mechelen and played out a 2-2 draw, with Sakala scoring both of Oostende’s goals.
That’s Sakala’s final home game for the club before he makes the move to Ibrox, and the goals took his tally for the season to 16 in all competitions.
The Zambian looks to be a speedy and versatile attacker, and on a free transfer, this could prove to be an absolute bargain for Rangers.
Footage of his goals made it on Twitter, and Rangers fans have been raving about their new man ever since.
Many fans suggested that Sakala’s goals were ‘Morelos-esque’, comparing him to Rangers hero Alfredo Morelos whilst believing he can be just like him.
Others are just excited to see Sakala at Rangers, branding him ‘rapid’ and ‘dynamic’.
