Rangers striker has joined first team squad on mid-season training camp.

Glasgow Rangers’ recent transfer market additions have been reinforced by another decision from manager Steven Gerrard.
Gerrard has taken young striker Ryan Hardie on the club’s mid-season training camp to Tenerife, The Daily Record report.
Hardie has been on loan at Livingston, who wanted to keep him, but The Daily Record report Hardie has been recalled.
After an injury hit start to his loan spell, Hardie has been in prolific form, scoring five goals in seven games.

His minutes per goal ratio betters all of Rangers’ current strikers and it makes sense for Steven Gerrard to take a look at him.
The move is a little surprising considering Rangers have just signed Jermain Defoe on loan for 18 months, which makes Hardie’s chance of a breakthrough more difficult.
The recall is also reflective of Kyle Lafferty’s failure to seize his chance since returning to Ibrox in August.

Rangers boss Gerrard may decide to send Hardie back out on loan, but he is certainly entertaining the idea of keeping him, and is not ruling anything out.
