McCrorie was selected in defensive midfield rather than his usual position at centre-back, and was one of the best players on the pitch.
Rangers won the game 3-0, with James Tavernier netting twice and Carlos Pena scoring the other.
Rangers had lost consecutive games against Hamilton and Dundee, and this was an important victory in front of their home fans.
McCrorie is developing into an exciting player for club and country, and at just 19-years-old he is a player Rangers simply have to hold onto.
It has been a tough couple of seasons for Rangers since winning promotion to the top flight, and there were few reasons to be cheerful.
