Rangers fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the signing of Matt Gilks.
The 34-year-old goalkeeper has joined Rangers on a free transfer after leaving Premier League-bound Burnley at the end of the 2015-16 season.
The former Blackpool goalkeeper has signed a two-year contract with Mark Warburton’s side, as announced on their official website.
Rangers won the Scottish Championship title last season and will feature in the Scottish Premiership during the 2016-17 campaign.

Gilks is expected to provide competition to the Gers’ current number one Wes Foderingham.
The Scottish custodian will bring with him a lot of experience, having played in the Championship and in the Premier League in England.
The former Norwich City man has not played much competitive football for the past two seasons, though.
During his two years at Burnley, Gilks did not play a single league match and featured just twice in the League Cup.
