Rangers have let Jason Holt join St Johnstone.

Jason Holt’s career at Rangers is not quite over even though it appears he will never kick a ball for the Gers again.
Last night he sealed his latest move away from Ibrox, another loan.
This time Rangers sent Holt to St Johnstone, with the club confirming the loan switch which runs until the end of the season. Rangers also confirmed the deal at their end.
Last season Holt was at Joey Barton’s Fleetwood Town, with Rangers boss Steven Gerrard deeming him expendable.
Holt signed for Rangers in 2015 and played a key role in the Gers winning promotion to the Scottish Premiership.
While he is not part of the club’s future, he is a player who fans retain admiration for.
After his loan switch went through, Holt was subject of praise from Rangers fans, who were quick to let St Johnstone know they were getting a player they would enjoy watching.
Not all players leave Rangers with the same praise…
