Rangers defender Danny Wilson has been linked with a departure from Ibrox.

Glasgow Rangers defender Danny Wilson has been linked with a surprise exit move to Major League Soccer.
Wilson’s contract expires at the end of the season and the Gers might need to start worry about whether they can hold onto him.
The centre-back has been a regular in Graeme Murty’s team and Rangers letting him leave could turn out to be a big error.
Wilson even captained Rangers in the December fixture at Kilmarnock, and played all 90 minutes of the 0-0 draw against Celtic.

Rangers signed Wilson from Hearts in 2015, where he had been after departing Liverpool two years earlier.
Defender Bruno Alves has struggled with injuries and Wilson leaving could be a risk, although the recent loan of Russell Martin puts them in position to buy him as a replacement.
The problem with that is Wilson is nine years younger than Alves and has been in form, and Martin should be replacing the Portugal defender instead of the younger player.
Rangers have made four loan signings this month and look stronger. Wilson departing this January or even in the summer would make them a poorer side.
