Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers are still on the hunt for Pedro Caixinha’s successor, with Graeme Murty currently in charge of the Gers.

The Gers parted company with Pedro Caixinha in October, and since then Graeme Murty has been placed in the charge of the Gers.
With club football taking a break now due to international matches, Rangers fans must be getting impatient.
After all, for the Gers to move forward as a team, the club need to appoint a manager sooner rather than later.
The international break would be great for the Ibrox outfit to interview the candidates and then make a decision, so that the incoming manager can get to work.
Rangers, though, have yet to start interviewing candidates, although there have been applications for the vacant and prestigious managerial role at Ibrox.

“The club confirms that since the departure of Pedro Caixinha it has received numerous applications for the now vacant position and is anticipating further applications by the end of next week,” reads the statement on Rangers’ official website.
“The club will then consider all viable options available to it. At this time the club has not interviewed any candidate and will take its time to ensure that the best possible decision is made.”
The Gers are fourth in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 24 points from 12 matches, six points behind leaders and Old Firm rivals Celtic.
Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the club’s update on their managerial search this evening.
