Fans of Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers could afford a smile at Celtic’s expense on Sunday.

Rangers supporters had a few reasons to celebrate on Sunday when Celtic drew 2-2 at Inverness.
Not only was it a cruel 89th-minute equaliser which denied Celtic a victory, but the two dropped points has ensured that Rangers’ 0-0 draw with Ross County on Saturday is not as detrimental as it might have been had the Bhoys won.
The Hoops are four points clear of the Gers, with a game in hand, but a win this evening would have clearly made it much harder for Mark Warburton’s side to bridge an already big deficit.

Another reason Rangers fan were smiling was because Inverness’s first equaliser came through Billy King, who spent half-a-season on loan at Ibrox last term.
The 22-year-old cancelled out Tom Rogic’s 17th-minute opener by curling beyond Dorus De Vries from an angle for what looked an excellent goal, though the Dutch goalkeeper might have done better.
Fans on the blue half of the Old Firm divide did not care much, however.

King only managed some 12 Championship appearances with Rangers, though his debut resulted in him scoring a 90th-minute winner.
He joined Inverness on loan from Hearts upon returning from Ibrox.
