Glasgow Rangers are reportedly interested in bringing Lewis MacLeod back to Ibrox.

A number of Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to express their hope that they see Lewis MacLeod back at Ibrox in the future after he scored a late equaliser in the Championship on Monday night.
MacLeod was surprisingly sold by the Gers in 2015. However, The Scottish Sun recently reported that Steven Gerrard’s men are monitoring his situation after he rejected a contract offer at Brentford.
He is now into the final year of his deal at Griffin Park, and he may now be tempted to ask for even more money from the Bees after he headed home the equaliser in stoppage-time during their 1-1 draw with West Brom.
MacLeod managed to sneak into the box and show the composure of a striker to guide the ball past Sam Johnstone to hand the visitors an impressive point at The Hawthorns.

And after seeing his cameo, several Rangers supporters have expressed their desire to see MacLeod end up back at his former club in the future. He has struggled with several injuries during his time in England, but his talent has never been in question.
And there appears to be plenty of members of the Ibrox faithful who wish to see Gerrard follow up on his reported interest and make a move. Should his contract situation remain the same, the Gers could be able to open pre-contract talks as soon as next month.

Here is what some of the Rangers fans made of MacLeod’s display…
