Ryan Jack was sent off during Rangers’ 1-1 draw against Kilmarnock.

Ryan Jack has won an appeal against the red card he was shown in Pedro Caixinha’s last match in charge of Rangers which finished in a 1-1 draw against Kilmarnock – and fans are delighted on Twitter.
Jack, 25, was sent off for an altercation with former Rangers defender Kirk Broadfoot – his third red card of the season. Referee Alan Muir had originally given him a yellow card, but after consultation with the fourth official, Muir gave Jack his marching orders.
However, the Scottish Football Association’s decision to rescind the red card is Jack’s second successful appeal of the season, after winning his appeal against red card shown to him during the 3-2 loss to Hibernian in August.

Former Aberdeen midfielder Jack will now be available for Saturday’s clash against Partick Thistle at Ibrox, in what is interim boss Graeme Murty’s second match in charge during his second spell as caretaker manager.
Rangers fans reacted to the news on Twitter after the SFA posted the decision on their official website, with one Gers fan describing the successful appeal as “another embarrassing episode” for Scottish football’s governing body.
