Glasgow Rangers forward Zak Rudden has left Ibrox on loan until the New Year.

A number of Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to comment after it was announced on deadline day that Zak Rudden has left Ibrox on loan until the January transfer window.
Rudden is one of the brightest talents threatening to force his way into Steven Gerrard’s plans with the Gers. The 18-year-old got the chance to impress in the pre-season friendly with Bury during the summer, scoring the final goal in the 6-0 win.
But, with Umar Sadiq and Kyle Lafferty brought in on loan, Gerrard has seemingly decided that Rudden would be better off heading out on loan, and it has been announced that he will spend the coming months with Falkirk.
Rudden has a tough task on his hands with Falkirk making a poor start to the campaign. They find themselves bottom of the Scottish Championship with three defeats coming in their opening three games. They have also scored just one goal.

Those struggles could prove beneficial for the youngster as Falkirk may be delighted to have Rudden in their ranks as they look to recover before they get cut adrift at the bottom.
And several Rangers fans on social media are delighted for Rudden as they believe that the time away from the club will be particularly helpful. Not only can he develop his game, but he can also stake a small claim to Gerrard ahead of his return after the turn of the year.

Here is what some of the Rangers supporters make of Rudden’s loan exit…
