Barjonas has joined the English club from Rangers until January.

Jamie Barjonas has opted to leave Rangers and join English League Two side Bury on loan until January, despite the Gers smashing Bury 6-0 at Ibrox during pre-season – and Rangers fans have wished the midfielder luck on Twitter.
Barjonas, 19, has fallen down the pecking order at Ibrox since making his debut under Pedro Caixinha in May 2017 away at Partick Thistle – a match that saw Rangers win 2-1. The Gers confirmed Barjonas’ move on their official website.
The Leeds-born Scotland youth international has made nine appearances in total for Rangers, but Steven Gerrard’s new signings have pushed him down the midfield rankings.
Indeed, the signings of Ovie Ejaria, Scott Arfield and Lassana Coulibaly have already seen Greg Docherty move to Shrewsbury Town and Jason Holt join Joey Barton’s Fleetwood Town until the end of the season.

Now, Barjonas is to chance his arm with Ryan Lowe’s side, a manager that Gerrard knows well according to Rangers’ website. It is believed Gerrard will be keeping a close eye on Barjonas’ performances.
Some Rangers fans reacted to the news that Barjonas would be travelling down south to join Bury until January, in a move that could see the League Two side extend his temporary deal until the summer.
