Rangers have been linked with the Croatian hardman.

Rangers are reportedly interested in signing Maritimo midfielder Josip Vukovic in the summer – but Rangers fans are not convinced with the club already boasting an array of talent in the middle of the park.
Portuguese newspaper A Bola report that Rangers are interested in the 26-year-old, who only joined the top-tier Portuguese side in the summer. He is renowned as a hard-working holding midfielder.
Steven Gerrard’s side already possess plenty of options in central midfield, especially after luring Steven Davis from Southampton back to Ibrox and decided to sign Glen Kamara from Dundee this month.
The likes of Andy Halliday, Lassana Coulibaly, Ross McCrorie, Ryan Jack, Scott Arfield and Graham Dorrans remain as options as well as Davis and Kamara – with plenty out on loan too.
Indeed, Greg Docherty, Jordan Rossiter, Jamie Barjonas and Jason Holt are on loan elsewhere, surely suggesting that central midfield is the last place Gerrard will look to improve this summer.
Rangers fans reacted on Twitter to the news that their club were interested in signing Croatia youth international Vukovic, but the majority were in agreement that their club do not need another central midfielder.
