Glasgow Rangers have officially unveiled all three of their kits for the 2018/19 season and the majority of fans are impressed.
Each of the kits are made by Hummel and sponsored by 32Red, and the home shirt will be worn proudly for the first time by the players when they take on Bury at Ibrox on Friday in manager Steven Gerrard’s first game in charge.
Every Love Island contestant if they were an England international: World Cup!
The kits are made from BeeCool performance sports fabric, and are described on the club’s official website as being ‘classically styled’ and ‘designed to aid the players in achieving maximum performance on the field’.
The club’s crest is featured on the left and is white raised rubber on the home and alternates shirts, and blue on the away shirt against a white base.
A nice touch to the home shirt are the splashes of red featured on the hem of the jersey and there is also a sculptured sports neck line with v-cut inset, again with a complementary red tipped collar trim.
Rangers Managing Director Stewart Robertson said as quoted by the club’s official website: “We are delighted to showcase our new strips for next season from Hummel and we are sure our supporters will love their design. We will have more news for supporters on the dates the kits will be available for sale soon.”
Robertson’s hopes appear to have come true early doors, with the vast majority of Rangers supporters thrilled with a three designs – the most popular actually being the alternate strip, as conducted by a poll:
