Hull City announced on their official website on Thursday that forward Sone Aluko will leave the club when his contract expires this summer.
The Tigers decided that the 27-year-old won’t return to the Premier League with the club this summer, as manager Steve Bruce looks to freshen up his side for the top flight.

The Nigerian forward has struggled with injuries this past term, and his four-year stay at the KC Stadium has now come to an end after 14 goals in 108 games.
Pacey striker Aluko has shown signs of promise, but after just eight league starts this past season, he’s on the look out for a new club – and fans from one of his former employers are keen to see him back.

Aluko spent just one season with Rangers having signed from Aberdeen in 2011, and left in 2012 after the club’s demotion to the fourth tier of Scottish football.
With 12 goals in 21 league games, Aluko starred at Ibrox, and having left just a year after arriving, supporters would like to see him return to Ibrox on a free transfer this summer.

Fans took to Twitter after Aluko’s release was confirmed, and urged the club to make a move and re-sign the striker, suggesting the has unfinished business at Ibrox.
Manager Mark Warburton could do a lot worse than move for Aluko, and judging by the tweets below, Rangers fans would take the forward back in a heartbeat having impressed so much in his first spell at the club.
