Rangers disappointed fans as they failed to beat Dundee on Sunday.

Rangers fans left Dens Park on Sunday afternoon bitterly disappointed and frustrated with Steven Gerrard’s side as they failed to overcome Dundee – and angry fans have aimed their criticism at James Tavernier on Twitter.
That is because the Rangers captain was nowhere to be seen in the mixed zone after the match, with young midfielder Jordan Rossiter fielding questions after the match instead of the defender.
Rangers went 1-0 down to Jim McIntyre’s side, who started the match at the bottom of the Scottish Premiership table. Ibrox legend Kenny Miller gave the Dee the lead, after a long ball dumbfounded both Joe Worrall and Connor Goldson.
Nathan Ralph then received a red card for a tackle on Daniel Candeias, and Andy Halliday equalised from the resulting free-kick with an excellent left-footed effort that flew past Jack Hamilton into the top corner.
Kyle Lafferty had a goal disallowed, but Rangers failed to break down the Dee defence. The point sees Celtic stretch their lead at the Scottish Premiership to two points, with a game in hand over the Gers.

Rossiter, 21, who only managed his second Scottish Premiership start of the season, was left to do the post-match interview with Rangers TV. He apologised to fans, stating it simply was not good enough.
Rangers fans reacted to Rossiter’s interview by hammering captain Tavernier, with some claiming he only speaks to the media when the Gers win. Some supporters even said he is not captain material.
