Rangers fans have reacted with delight after their team were drawn against Royal Antwerp in the Europa League.

Steven Gerrard’s men reached the competition’s final 32 after topping a group that featured Benfica, Standard Liege and Lech Poznan.

That ensured they were counted among the seeds for today’s draw in Nyon, meaning they avoided such big names as Ajax, Milan and Tottenham Hotspur.

In last season’s round of 32 Ianis Hagi inspired Rangers to a memorable 3-2 comeback win against Braga at Ibrox, before a Ryan Kent goal sealed the deal in Portugal the following week.

Home and away defeats saw Rangers exit the competition at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen in the final 16, but supporters are confident that they will get a chance to go even further this time round.

With wins home and away against Standard Liege under their belt, Gerrard will believe his men can triumph against Belgian opposition once again.

Here’s how fans have reacted to the draw.

Rangers will travel to Belgium for the first leg on February 18, with Ivan Leko’s side coming to Ibrox on February 25.
