The Rangers midfielder was thrown on by Mark Warburton at Ibrox to score a winner.

Rangers picked up a dramatic late win against Dundee in the Scottish Premiership this afternoon. It looked as though Mark Warburton’s men were heading toward a 0-0 draw at Ibrox against Paul Hartley’s men.

However, they snatched a late winner thanks to the substitute Harry Forrester. The midfielder, who scored against Dundee earlier in the season, headed home in the 92nd minute to claim victory.

Rangers’ goal came courtesy of two substitutions, with a cross from Joe Dodoo met by the goalscorer Forrester.

The attacking midfielder has struggled for regular starting football at Rangers in recent times but is always a willing runner when he is thrown into the fray for Rangers and that was certainly the case again today.

It was a performance that once again won him the plaudits of the Rangers faithful.
