Pundit reacted after Celtic’s Europa League loss.

Celtic crashed out of the Europa League last night and pundit Chris Sutton was far from impressed.
Brendan Rodgers’ side lost 3-0 to Zenit, giving up their 1-0 lead from the first leg.
Sutton was not happy with his former team’s defeat, and managed to rile up Rangers fans after the game.
This is not unusual but the way he did it left him exposed to even more criticism from Gers supporters.
Sutton then reacted badly to a tweet from a supporter expressing amusement at Celtic’s exit.
He hit back with a jibe against Rangers – wrongly assuming that the fan was a gloating fan of the Light Blues, when instead it turned out to be from a Nottingham Forest supporter.
The fan had been amused by the gaffe from Celtic goalkeeper Dorus De Vries, who Celtic signed from Nottingham Forest.
Sutton’s response was met with criticism from Rangers fans, who were hacked off at Sutton making an unwarranted jibe at their expense.
While there were likely dozens of Gers fans pinging Sutton messages about Celtic’s exit – he managed to take his frustration out on a supporter who had nothing to do with Rangers.
