Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers aren’t best pleased with Josh Windass.

Rangers missed the chance to move top of the Scottish Premiership on Friday after being held to a 2-2 draw with Partick Thistle at Firhill.
Pedro Caixinha’s side looked destined for the summit by half time as Alfredo Morelos’s rifled finish gave Rangers a one-goal lead heading into the break, but it went wrong.
The Gers were trailing 2-1 by the hour mark as goals from Blair Spittal and Chris Erskine flipped the match on its head, before the latter was sent off seven minutes later.

The Glasgow giants initially struggled in spite of the numerical advantage, but a 77th-minute stunner from summer signing Graham Dorrans restored parity.
But in the end, it wasn’t to be as Rangers missed a big chance to make a statement to Celtic ahead of next week’s Old Firm clash at Ibrox.

It was certainly a case of two dropped points for Caixinha’s troops rather than one point earned and a lot of their supporters were understandably disappointed by full time.
Quite a few players were targeted by supporters, but winger Josh Windass received more criticism than most for what was a slightly limp performance from the 23-year-old, who offered little in defence and attack it must be said.
