Rangers will launch four kits next season, the club have confirmed, with the 2021/22 home kit the first one to be launched in June.

As part of a webinar with commercial and marketing director James Bisgrove and sporting director Ross Wilson, the timeline for the club’s 150th-anniversary celebrations were unveiled – with the four kit launches marked in there.

With the home kit launching in June, the away will follow in July and the third being unveiled in August.

However, there will also be a ‘fourth kit launch in October – likely similar to the retro kit released last season by Castore.

There’s no word yet on the colourways for any of the three other kits although, it’s probably not too much of a leap to guess one will likely be white or red.

It also wouldn’t be a big surprise if the fourth kit was to make use of the darker blue and gold colours used by the club on the 150th anniversary promotional materials.

Last season’s retro kit was only worn once by Steven Gerrard’s side, the League Cup defeat by St Mirren in December.

As well as the kit launches, there are a host of other landmarks confirmed by the club over the coming 12 months, including the planned gala opening of the new Edmiston House, a new Belfast club store, as well as the 50th anniversary of the European Cup Winners’ Cup win in 1972.
