Glasgow Rangers defender Ross McCrorie is a rising Ibrox star, and he has commented on banter with Celtic fans.

McCrorie has broken into the Rangers first team and has established himself in the Gers’ first team.
The 19-year-old is a very promising young central defender, and the Scotland Under-21 international has also played well when he has been deployed as a defensive midfielder.
The teenager is one of the best and most promising young defenders in Scotland, and there is a lot of hype around him.
McCrorie, though, has not let all the big talks about him affect him, and the Rangers defender has also suggested that there has been some banter between him and Celtic fans.

“I don’t look too much into things, and I don’t let it get to my head,” McCrorie told The Scottish Sun. “Things are different when I am out and about, and people see me. They notice me now.
“But that’s part and parcel if you to make it as a footballer. I have had a few fans stop me. There has been nothing from Celtic fans, apart from when I am back home in Ayrshire — but that’s just banter as I know everybody.”

McCrorie seems to be a very mature young defender, and that can only be positive for him and for Rangers.
The Scotsman is far from the finished article, but he has genuine talent and can only improve in the coming years.
