Rangers boss Mark Warburton brought the veteran defender to Ibrox in the summer.
Rangers’ Clint Hill
Rangers defender Clint Hill has been discussing why he decided to join the club this summer.
Mark Warburton was desperate to bring in new players throughout the summer, but the lack of money at Rangers saw him looking mainly for free transfer options to bring to Ibrox.
One such player was Clint Hill.
His contract at QPR had come to an end and Rangers made a move to bring in the veteran defender for nothing in the summer.

Speaking to Rangers TV this week the defender has spoken about why he decided at this point in his career to make a move to Glasgow:
“It’s great fun, like I said it’s only a few hours away from where I call home, but it’s a whole new environment with new coaches, new environments, new places and new people you haven’t met, so it’s been great for me.
“That’s exactly what I wanted when I joined here.
“I wanted new experiences and new tastes and smells and everything, it’s great for me.”
Rangers do still remain an allure for many professional footballers, given the past success of the club, and for Hill it seems that was no different.
Not only that, but the challenge of a culture shock and a new style of play north of the border clearly attracted Hill to Ibrox.
The defender, who has been solid if not spectacular for Rangers so far, will be hoping he can help the Glasgow side start climbing back up the table in the coming weeks.
