Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers brought Borna Barisic to Ibrox in the summer transfer window.

Barisic joined Rangers from NK Osijek in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £2.2 million.
According to Transfermarkt.co.uk, the 25-year-old left-back has featured in four Scottish Premiership matches and also played in the Europa League match against Villarreal in Spain on Thursday evening.
The Croatia international defender has commented on his performances for Rangers so far this season, and has admitted that he still has a lot of adapting to do.
Barisic told The Scottish Sun: “I need to adapt to things. I need to adapt like everyone. I will try to learn as much as possible.
“In Croatia, it is much more technical. In Scotland there is much more aggression and speed. The pitches are also much faster. I need to adapt as quickly as possible.”
Improving
Barisic is a very good left-back, and while his performances for Rangers so far this season have been encouraging, there is still room for improvement.
As demonstrated during the match against Villarreal at El Madrigal on Thursday evening, the Croatian did have some disappointing moments defensively, but he did look good on the ball and is certainly an asset going forward.
Rangers are going strong in the Scottish Premiership and in the Europa League at the moment.
