Mark Warburton’s substitutions paid off as Rangers beat Motherwell 2-1 at Ibrox.
Rangers are through to the next round of the Scottish Cup after a 2-1 win against Motherwell at Ibrox this afternoon.
It looked as though Motherwell were going to win the game after Louis Moult scored in the 74th minute. However, ever-the-hero Kenny Miller turned up late to save the day.
The Scottish striker scored two goals in the last six minutes of play to give Mark Warburton’s side a well-earned victory in Glasgow.

The game also saw Warburton hand debuts to his two latest recruits. Midfield pair Emerson Hyndman and Jon Toral both recently joined the club on loan from Bournemouth and Arsenal respectively.
The American had to wait and come off the bench for his debut, arriving in the 73rd minute in place of Jason Holt.
He then went on to supply the pass for the winning goal.
It was a moment he won’t forget and it filled him with pride on Twitter, but also paid tribute to the goalscorer Kenny Miller:
Harry Forrester meanwhile had a message for another Rangers player that came off the bench to great effect.
Martyn Waghorn set up the first goal and was a constant menace after entering the fray and the winger had this to say:
