Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is allegedly focused on his Ibrox career.

Rangers winger Daniel Candeias has told The Herald that he thinks striker Alfredo Morelos is focused on his career at Ibrox, and has been speaking to him about the situation.
The Gers landed Morelos from Finnish side HJK Helsinki last summer, pouncing to sign the Colombian after a stunning record of 46 goals in 62 games following a 2016 move from Independiente Medellin.
Morelos enjoyed a strong first season with Rangers, hitting 18 goals in 43 games for the club, but high-profile misses against Celtic led many to feel that he may not have the quality for the big games.

Morelos has attracted major interest during his time at Ibrox though, as Chinese side Beijing Renhe wanted to sign him in January, as reported by BBC Sport.
Links to Turkish clubs have emerged this summer, and Rangers are likely to stand firm given that they have few other options in attack, but questions still hang over the striker’s future.
Rangers would no doubt demand a huge profit on the £1million they paid for Morelos last summer, but one of his teammates is desperate for him to stay no matter what offers the Gers receive.

Winger Daniel Candeias has told The Herald that he is close with Morelos as they both speak Spanish, and has told the striker to make sure he stays at Ibrox to enjoy the next few years with the Gers.
“We are good friends because he only speaks Spanish. He doesn’t speak English yet,” said Candeias. “He is important to Rangers and he is very happy now. He is working hard and I think he will have a good season. I have told him to make sure he stays. I’ve told him it is important for the team. He scored a lot of goals last season.”
“I’m sure at this moment he is only thinking about Rangers, not other clubs. People forget how young he is. Alfredo is only 22-years-old. He is a young player and he has plenty years ahead of him before he changes club. I think this moment is for Rangers and I think he will only get better,” he added.
