Rangers coach Michael Beale worked with Nathaniel Chalobah at Chelsea, and the Ibrox man has sent a message to the Watford star on social networking site Twitter.
Chalobah made his debut for England on Monday evening, as the 23-year-old – who can operate as a midfielder or as a defender – came on as a substitute in the UEFA Nations League match against Spain.
Rangers coach Beale is pleased to see Chalobah – who earns £35,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – make his senior debut for England, having worked with the 23-year-old at the youth academy at Chelsea.

Chalobah joined Watford from Chelsea in the summer of 2017 for an initial transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £5 million.
The 23-year-old former Chelsea man made five starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Watford last season, according to WhoScored.
So far this campaign, the versatile youngster has played just four minutes in the Premier League for the Hornets, according to WhoScored.
