Rangers coach Michael Beale says Alexis Claude-Maurice would be good signing for Arsenal

Arsenal reportedly want Alexis Claude-Maurice.

Rangers coach Michael Beale has suggested on Twitter that Lorient forward Alexis Claude-Maurice would be a very good signing for Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

Claude-Maurice is one of the best young forwards in France and has been linked with Arsenal among other clubs.

According to Sky Sports, the Gunners are interested in signing the 21-year-old forward in the summer transfer window.

Borussia Monchengladbach, RB Leipzig, Lyon, Lille, AS Monaco, Marseille, Sevilla, Brighton and Hove Albion, Newcastle United and West Ham United are also reported to be interested in the Frenchman.

The report has also claimed that the youngster wants to join Unai Emery’s Arsenal this summer.

According to WhoScored, the Frenchman scored 14 goals in 35 Ligue 2 appearances for Lorient this past season.

Rangers coach Beale has given his take on Claude-Maurice on Twitter, and the former Liverpool and Chelsea coach believes that the young forward would be a good signing for Arsenal, and that he is a “hugely talented player”
