Rangers-bound Jake Hastie has sent a heartfelt farewell on Twitter.

The 20-year-old is set to join Rangers now after Motherwell’s season finished on Saturday.

The Fir Park side beat Livingston 3-2 in a game that Hastie did not play in.

Earlier this month it was announced that the young winger would move to Ibrox in a £300,000 deal when the season finished.

Hastie had spent 12 years with the Well, and here’s what he wrote on Twitter.

Rangers fans are only too happy to have him on board. Here’s how the Ibrox faithful responded to his message:

Hastie is the first of surely many players to join the Gers this summer.

He will be joined by Jordan Jones soon, the Kilmarnock winger who signed a pre-contract deal with the club back in January.

The Scottish Sun also claimed earlier in May that Rangers were in advanced talks over signing striker Greg Stewart.
