Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers reportedly want Greg Stewart.

Stewart spent the second half of the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Rangers’ Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen from Birmingham City in the Championship in England.
Birmingham have released the 29-year-old forward, meaning that the former Dundee man is available on a free transfer.
There has been speculation that Rangers want to sign Stewart on a free transfer this summer, with The Scottish Sun recently claiming that talks between the Gers and the forward are at an advanced stage.
Gerrard has suggested that he wants to bring Stewart to Rangers, stating that he admires the forward.
Gerrard said about Stewart on BT Sport 2 on Sunday evening (5:28pm, May 19, 2019): “Greg Stewart is a player that we admire very much.”

Gerrard made the aforementioned comments following Rangers’ 2-1 defeat to Kilmarnock away from home at Rugby Park in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
The result means that Rangers have finished the 2018-19 Scottish Premiership campaign nine points behind champions and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic in second place.
