Liverpool-owned Ryan Kent did not play for Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers in the second half today.

Kent, signed on a season-long loan deal from Premier League club Liverpool in the summer of 2018, started for Rangers in their Scottish Premiership game against Hibernian at Ibrox on Sunday afternoon.
The 22-year-old winger, though, did not feature in the second half, with Rangers manager Gerrard bringing on 31-year-old winger Daniel Candeias in his place.
Rangers manager Gerrard has explained why the former England Under-20 international did not play in the second half, as the Gers won 1-0.
Gerrard told Rangers’ official website about Kent: “Ryan is ill and he was vomiting in the bathroom at half time.
“I don’t think he felt good throughout the first half either, so it made sense to make a change.”

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Ibrox on Sunday afternoon, hosts Rangers had 55% of the possession, took 17 shots of which seven were on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.
Visitors Hibernian had 45% of the possession, took five shots of which one was on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.
