Rangers manager Steven Gerrard says Young Boys were not a better team.

Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has told the club website he is confident the team did not lose to a better side.
The Gers conceded an injury time goal against Young Boys to suffer a 2-1 defeat.
Gerrard said he is not going to be too concerned about a quality gap between the two teams, he just wants Rangers to be more savvy.
He said: “I’m not sitting being worried about being outplayed by Young Boys – I don’t think they were a better team than us tonight.
“I was pretty content but having said that, I could be sitting here talking about a positive win if we had VAR as well.
“Moving forward, we need to learn from gifting teams a route back into the game or gifting teams three points.”

The defeat was even more disappointing for Rangers considering they had a half-time lead thanks to Alfredo Morelos’ opener.
The statistics from the game back up Gerrard’s post game comments.
Both teams had four shots on target, with Rangers edging possession with 52 per cent. Rangers also had five corners compared the home side’s four.
Defeat in this case was more frustrating because Rangers did deserve something from the game.
The match at Ibrox will hold no fear for Gerrard and his team.
