Rangers manager Steven Gerrard says that Ross McCrorie may not play regularly for the Ibrox club next season.

Gerrard has made it clear that McCrorie, who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder, will not play every single match for Rangers next season.
The Liverpool legend has said that he will hold talks with the 21-year-old to decide whether or not he will send the Scottish youngster out on loan.
Gerrard told The Scottish Sun about McCrorie: “With Ross I’ll have a conversation with him as the pre-season goes on. It will boil down to what Ross’ ambitions are.
“A lot of boys think differently to the way I think. “It will come down to what will satisfy Ross over the season.
“If he’s expecting to start every single game, that won’t be the case. But I’ll speak to him before deciding what to do next.”

Rangers stay
Given the signings that Rangers have already made this summer and will potentially make in the coming years, it is hard to see McCrorie become a regular in the first team for the Gers.
However, the Scottish youngster should stay at Rangers and continue his development and progress under Gerrard.
Playing regular first-team football at another club will be hugely beneficial for McCrorie, but so will working under Gerrard at Rangers and learning from him in training sessions on a daily basis.
