Glasgow Rangers manager Steven Gerrard says that Ibrox star Andy Halliday has an injury.

Gerrard, though, has suggested that the 27-year-old Rangers star, who can operate as a midfielder or as a left-back, could miss the Scottish Premiership match against Dundee at Ibrox on Wednesday evening.
The former Middlesbrough and Bradford City man has a groin problem at the moment, and Gerrard has suggested that the Scotsman may not feature for the Gers.
Gerrard told Rangers’ official website about Halliday: “Andy has been excellent since June 15. He has been available for every single training session, and every job I have asked him to do, he has done very well.
“It is great to have him here and he has been a leader for us on and off the pitch. He always gives me something to think about, whether that be in a full-back position or in midfield.
“Andy has a little bit of a tight groin at the minute, and I know he wants to be available tomorrow, but I have got to make a sensible decision for Andy and I think I might have to take the decision out of his hands as Andy would play with three or four injuries.
“That’s the character of the man, but I might have to be sensible with him as we have some important fixtures coming up.”

Halliday is not guaranteed a place in the Rangers starting lineup, but the utility man has played an important role for the Gers so far this season.
According to WhoScored, the 27-year-old has made 14 starts and four substitute appearances in the Scottish Premiership for Rangers so far this season, scoring one goal in the process.
Rangers are second in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 55 points from 27 matches, as many as eight points behind leaders and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic.
