Glasgow Rangers midfielder Josh Windass has struggled with injury since his move to the Ibrox outfit in the summer transfer window.
Rangers manager Mark Warburton has told the club’s official website that the injuries that Josh Windass has suffered so far this season is down to the demands of playing for the Ibrox outfit.
Windass joined Rangers in the summer of 2016, having signed a pre-contract with the Glasgow giants back in January 2016.
The 22-year-old arrived at the Gers with a strong reputation he had carved out at Accrington Stanley.
The youngster has suffered with hamstring problems since his move to Rangers.
The midfielder has been able to make only 12 appearances in all competitions out of a possible 23.

Rangers manager Warburton has suggested that Windass’s injury problem is down to the demands put on him as a player for the Ibrox outfit.
“We talk about the demands we place on young players coming to Rangers and that is everything, the expectation of the crowd, playing in front of 50,000 and dealing with a more intense training regime,” Warburton told Rangers’ official website.
“Their body is adapting to the demands of that and Josh is a young player with a very bright future ahead of him but we have to look after him.
“I hope we are getting closer with Jordan too and fingers crossed I hope he will be available for selection soon.
“We have to look at the regime with Josh, what he is used to and that is no disrespect to any previous club but it is what they have been used to and what they are being asked to do now in terms of intensity of work.”

Rangers are second in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 29 points from 16 matches.
The Gers are eight points behind leaders and Old Firm rivals Celtic, who have three games in hand.
Warburton’s side will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Heart of Midlothian at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership.
