Glasgow Rangers manager Graeme Murty praises Celtic midfielder Scott Brown.

Rangers manager Graeme Murty has spoken highly of Celtic midfielder Scott Brown to The Daily Record.
Murty, who initially joined Rangers in August 2016 to oversee the development team, is now the first-team manager of the Gers and will remain in the role until the end of the season at least.
The 43-year-old former Scotland international defender has spoken highly of Brown following the Celtic midfielder’s decision to retire from international duty with the Scotland national football team.

Murty told The Daily Record: ”He (Brown) has been a really, really good servant. He’s taken fantastic care of his body and you see that the impact he has on his team is very, very big.”

Top player
Brown, has been on the books of Celtic since the summer of 2007 when he joined from Hibernian for a transfer fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £4.4 million, is one of the best players in the Scottish Premiership.
The decision of the midfielder to retire from Scotland duty is only going to benefit him and Celtic.
The 32-year-old is in great shape at the moment, and with no international commitment, he could now play for at least five more years for the Hoops.
