Jake Hastie of Rangers
Rangers and Rotherham United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the potential transfer of Jake Hastie.
According to The Glasgow Evening Times, Rangers manager Steven Gerrard will send Hastie out on loan to Rotherham in League One in England in the summer transfer window.
Gerrard himself has said that the winger will go on loan to a club in League One, as quoted on BBC Sport.
Rangers and Rotherham fans have taken to Twitter to give their take on the situation of Hastie.
Below are some of the best comments:
Good move for Jake Hastie?
With Rangers having the likes of Sheyi Ojo and Jordan Jones as wingers, it was always going to be hard for Hastie to establish himself in the Rangers first team this season.
A loan move to Rotherham does make sense, as the 20-year-old will have a better chance of playing regular first-team football.
Hastie is a very talented winger with a lot of skills, and he should relish the challenge of playing in a very competitive and rigorous League One.
