Rangers and Celtic fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of John McGinn for Hibernian on Wednesday evening.
McGinn featured for Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership game against Ibrox club Rangers at Easter Road on Wednesday evening.
The 23-year-old started the match against the Gers and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Graeme Murty’s side won 2-1.
The Scotland international played well for Hibernian against Celtic last weekend, as he helped launched a comeback for the Hibs after they had gone 2-0 down – the match ended in a 2-2 draw.

According to a report in The Express in June 2017, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers was interested in signing the 23-year-old midfielder from Hibernian in the summer transfer window.
Former Rangers midfielder Barry Ferguson was recently quoted as saying by The Scottish Sun that he would love to see McGinn at Rangers.
