Glasgow Rangers midfielder Jordan Rossiter scored a stunning goal in his final appearance before his expected return to Ibrox.

Several Rangers and Bury have taken to Twitter to comment after Jordan Rossiter scored an outstanding goal in his final appearance before his expected return to Ibrox in the summer.
Rossiter’s loan spell appears to have the potential to be a turning point in his Gers career. Few Rangers fans doubted the midfielder’s quality, but his inability to avoid injuries left plenty of supporters writing him off ever making the grade with the Light Blues.
The 22-year-old has made 16 league appearances since arriving in January, and helped the Shakers across the line in the League Two promotion race. But he went into the final day of the season still looking for his first goal for the club.
However, he signed off in the best style as he scored a sumptuous strike from outside the box as Bury rounded off their campaign with a 1-1 draw with Port Vale. It was Rossiter who started off the move, driving across the halfway line.

The former Liverpool trainee then received a cut-back and unleashed a brilliant curling effort into the top corner with his left foot. And unsurprisingly, he received the plaudits from both Rangers and Bury fans.
Those Bury supporters have paid tribute to the impact that the youngster has made over the last few months, while the Gers fans have expressed their excitement about his return. If he stay fit, he could be a fantastic option for Steven Gerrard’s men next term.

Here is what some of the supporters made of Rossiter’s display…
