Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers defender James Tavernier is reportedly wanted by Aston Villa.

Rangers and Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding the transfer of Ibrox star James Tavernier.
According to The Daily Mail, Villa are interested in signing Tavernier from Rangers in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that Villa, who will play in the Premier League next season after clinching promotion from the Championship via the playoffs, are considering making a bid for the the 27-year-old former Newcastle United right-back.
The report has also claimed that West Bromwich Albion in the Championship and Premier League outfit Brighton and Hove Albion are interested in Tavernier.
The 27-year-old is one of the best right-backs in the Scottish Premiership and is an important player in Steven Gerrard’s team.
According to BBC Sport, the right-back scored 14 goals and provided 14 assists in the Scottish Premiership for Rangers this season.
