Rangers and Aberdeen fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation regarding Sunderland midfielder Dylan McGeouch.
According to The Northern Echo, Rangers are interested in signing McGeouch in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that the former Celtic midfielder is out of contract at Sunderland at the end of the month, and that Rangers manager Steven Gerrard wants to bring the midfielder to Ibrox.
Rangers, though, are not the only club who are reportedly interested in securing the services of the 26-year-old.
According to The Northern Echo, Rangers’ Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen also want the Scotland international.
Blackburn Rovers, Brentford and Queens Park Rangers in England are claimed to be interested in McGeouch as well.
McGeouch joined Sunderland in the summer of 2018 on a free transfer after leaving Hibernian.
Much was expected of the Scotland international midfielder when he moved to the Black Cats, but the 26-year-old failed to make a huge impact at the League One club this season.
