Mark Warburton’s Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers thumped Killie 3-0 on Saturday.
Lee Wallace has told Rangers’ official YouTube channel that fit-again Michael O’Halloran can be a “right plus” for the Gers.
The 25-year-old has impressed in Rangers’ last two games since returning from a three-week absence through injury.
The former Scotland Under-21 international started both outings and looked particularly dominant as Mark Warburton’s side thumped Kilmarnock 3-0 at Ibrox.
Having him back in the side is a big positive for the Glasgow giants, and club captain Wallace says that his team-mate is one of the “most electric players” in the Scottish Premiership.
“We all know his capabilities. He’s probably the most electric player in the league as far as his power and his pace,” he told Rangers’ official YouTube page.
“He’s got the ability to get past these players and if he can maintain his form and bring what he can to the team then it’s going to be a right plus for us.”
Rangers’ win over Killie saw them climb to second in the table after Celtic – who sit top of the standing by nine points, with a game in hand – beat Aberdeen 1-0 in the earlier kickoff on Saturday afternoon.
Winning the title seems extremely unlikely for Warburton, but finishing second in their first season back in the big time would be a fine achievement.
