Nottingham Forest loanee Joe Worrall praised for bouncing back for Rangers.

Rangers defender Joe Worrall has been praised by ex-Ger Lee McCulloch in the Evening Times.
It is a week since Worrall’s naïve mistake cost Rangers against Kilmarnock, sparking a 2-1 loss.
Rangers boss Steven Gerrard kept him in the side to face Livingston on Sunday and saw Worrall help the Light Blues keep a clean sheet.
With the jury still out on the Nottingham Forest loanee, bouncing back the way he did was the perfect response.
McCulloch told the Evening Times: “He gets a lot of stick, but every Rangers player gets stick, whether you like it or not. It’s about being able to handle it and he has shown that he can.
“He has shown that he is up for the fight, and that will do for me, that’s for sure.”

It was good management from Steven Gerrard to put Worrall straight back in.
Letting Worrall stew on his mistake could have been worse in the long run, and he has now moved past it.
It will take more than one positive performance for Worrall to win over his doubters in the Rangers fanbase, but as McCulloch points out, the defender is trying his best to put it right, and that should be commended.
