Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has told The London Evening Evening Standard that he does not know if he will start against Burnley this coming weekend.
Ramsdale made his Premier League debut for Arsenal against Norwich City at the Emirates Stadium this past weekend.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper kept a clean sheet, as Mikel Arteta’s side won 1-0.
It was the second competitive game for Ramsdale in Arsenal colours following his move from Sheffield United in the summer transfer window for £24 million, as reported by The London Evening Evening Standard.
The Englishman played against West Bromwich Albion in the Carabao Cup last month.
It ended in a 6-0 win for Arsenal.
The young goalscorer has admitted that he does not know when he will start again for Arsenal.
Ramsdale told The London Evening Evening Standard: “I don’t know what the manager is going to do.
“This [game against Norwich] might have just been a tactical tweak, so it is my responsibility to force him to carry on picking me, which is something I have to do on a daily basis.”

Ramsdale played well against Norwich at the weekend.
Arsenal manager Arteta publicly praised the 23-year-old.
Burnley, like Norwich, are a side who are expected to fight for survival in the Premier League this season.
The Clarets are unlikely to test the Arsenal defence too much, and it would make sense for Arteta to play Ramsdale between the posts again.
After all, it could knock Ramsdale’s confidence if he is dropped to the bench despite doing well against Norwich.
