Everton defender Ramiro Funes-Mori has not played a match so far this season.

Funes-Mori has not made an appearance all season, but has played for Everton’s under-23 side recently.
The Argentine centre-back is now available again, which should bolster Allardyce’s defensive options.
And Funes-Mori believes that he will be given a chance, as Allardyce has handed opportunities to every other player that has returned from injury under his stewardship.

“It’s tough because you want to show what you can give to the team and to the club,” Allardyce said. 12
“But he knows every player, I think he has given opportunities to every injured player that’s come back so I am waiting for that opportunity also.”
The likes of Seamus Coleman and Yannick Bolasie were put straight back into Everton’s team after they returned from long-term injuries by Allardyce, and it could be a similar story with Funes-Mori.

Everton’s options at centre-back are currently short, especially after Eliaquim Mangala was ruled out for the rest of the campaign.
The Toffees have struggled to find a consistent pairing at the back all season, but Funes-Mori could offer them more stability.
The Toffees are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor.
