Southampton have many of their key first team players unavailable for selection this weekend according to Ralph Hasenhuttl.

Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl addressed the media during his pre-match press conference today, and provided a concerning injury update on three of his key players ahead of their clash with Bournemouth on Saturday, as quoted by Sky Sports.
The Saints are all but safe from relegation, with six points separating them and 18th placed Cardiff City, but they will still be desperate to beat their south coast rivals on Saturday.
Their chances of doing just that seem to have been dashed, however, by a spate of injuries to some of their key players.
Southampton manager Hasenhuttl spoke to reporters today, and suggested that Ryan Bertrand, Stuart Armstrong and Jannik Vestergaard could all miss Saturday’s game against the Cherries at St Mary’s, as quoted by Sky Sports:

“Jannik’s (Vestegaard) not (fit), that’s for sure. We have another few problems. Ryan Bertrand got a hit on his ankle and is maybe also questionable. A few other smaller injuries – Stuart Armstrong has a little bit of a problem with his hamstring.”
Armstrong and Bertrand played for the Saints against Watford on Tuesday night, whilst Vestergaard has been missing since their 3-1 win over Wolves.
Hasenhuttl did suggest that Matt Targett and Shane Long could be fit enough to play on Saturday, however, so it’s not all bad news for Southampton fans.
