Does Vincent Janssen have a future at Tottenham Hotspur?

Rafael van der Vaart has told Voetbal Flitsen that Vincent Janssen should leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
The Dutch striker joined Tottenham for £18.5 million [The Daily Mail] in 2016 but endured a horrendous first season in North London, scoring two goals from open play in 38 games.
As a result, Spurs let the the former AZ Alkmaar marksman join Fenerbahce on a season-long loan for the 2017-18 campaign and his future with Mauricio Pochettino’s side seems up in the air.
The 24-year-old told Football London last month that he wanted his future resolved swiftly either way.
And Van der Vaart, who spent two years at White Hart Lane until 2012, reckons his compatriot should take the decision to leave Tottenham.
He told Voetbal Flitsen: “I hope [he has a future at Spurs] but you have to be honest, the competition against Kane it’s not possible [to play regularly] and I think at his age it’s better to move.”
Pochettino is almost certain to sign another striker to rival Kane this summer, after Fernando Llorente proved no better than Janssen as far as being a plan-b option goes.
Janssen is by no means a bad footballer, but he is nowhere near prolific enough to challenge Kane for the number nine shirt and therefore it seems unlikely that he has a future in North London.
