Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium witnessed its first-ever hat-trick on Saturday, courtesy of Lucas Moura.

Rafael van der Vaart has congratulated Tottenham Hotspur star Lucas Moura on Twitter.
The Brazilian forward scored his first hat-trick for Tottenham in Saturday’s 4-0 mauling of Huddersfield Town in North London.
With Harry Kane absent, the Spurs star was deployed in a central attacking role alongside Fernando Llorente and the decision proved a stroke of genius by Mauricio Pochettino.
It was also the first treble to be scored in the North Londoners’ new £1 billion stadium.
And here’s how Tottenham legend Van der Vaart reacted to his heroics.
It’ll be interesting to see if Pochettino keeps Lucas in the same role for Wednesday’s trip to Manchester City.
Spurs visit Eastlands in the second leg of a Champions League quarter-final, having won the first leg 1-0, but Pep Guardiola’s side are a bit better than the Terriers – just a bit – and success against City is by no means a certainty.
